Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the Ritz. The rooms, although small, were beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional, with accommodating staff. The location was convenient, close to public transport and restaurants. The dining experience was satisfactory during the weekend. Overall, a nice hotel to consider for your stay.
The hotel looked beautiful but was noisy on the weekend due to a group of teenagers hanging out nearby with loud voices late at night. The room I initially received was a smoking room, but the reception promptly changed it for me. The room felt smaller than in the photos, but it was still acceptable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room in the old section was disappointing and small, making it uncomfortably hot. However, the standard double-room I stayed in was nice and clean, with a great AC unit that kept it very comfortable and cosy.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms exceeded my expectations, as I booked a suite and ended up with a complete flat, including a spacious bathroom for two people, a lovely bedroom, a cozy living room, and a large terrace. The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was very nice. The location may not be the best at night in terms of transportation, but the hotel is a great hub for exploring Rome.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room at this hotel. I booked a suite and got a complete flat with a spacious bathroom, a comfortable bedroom, a good living room, and a large terrace. The water jets and headrests in the huge double-ended bath made my stay even more enjoyable, allowing me to relax with my companion.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent, but the junior suite was a bit small, and some amenities like the bath and mini-bar were not ideal. However, the double glazed windows helped keep the noise down. The service was friendly overall, although there was an incident with a drink order. The location was convenient for public transport but not ideal for views. The dining experience was great, with exceptional staff and frequent towel changes. The facilities were marvelous, except for a few issues.
The hotel room at the top of the hotel was really spacious. It was noisy on the weekend due to a group of teenagers hanging out nearby, zooming and ramming their bikes with loud voices until past midnight. The location was also convenient for taking the train into the center of Rome.
The hotel is conveniently located, with quick public transport access to main tourist locations. The rooms are quiet due to double-glazed windows, but the small malfunctioning bath may pose an inconvenience. The service is inconsistent with unauthorized room entry and added charges, although shuttle options are available. Dining is subpar with monotonous options, and additional fees may apply. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with separated zones, maintaining a comfortable 27° throughout the stay. The friendly and helpful service includes Cristian from the restaurant who stood out for his professionalism. The location, though nice, is a bit far from the tourist hotspots of Rome. The dining experience is truly amazing, with exceptional staff service. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money.
