I had a pleasant stay at the Ritz. The rooms, although small, were beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional, with accommodating staff. The location was convenient, close to public transport and restaurants. The dining experience was satisfactory during the weekend. Overall, a nice hotel to consider for your stay.
The hotel looked beautiful but was noisy on the weekend due to a group of teenagers hanging out nearby with loud voices late at night. The room I initially received was a smoking room, but the reception promptly changed it for me. The room felt smaller than in the photos, but it was still acceptable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room in the old section was disappointing and small, making it uncomfortably hot. However, the standard double-room I stayed in was nice and clean, with a great AC unit that kept it very comfortable and cosy.
